These terms describe shopping with Frosty Bayz at frostybayz.com. The store is operated by SURGE PRINTS LLC, a U.S.-registered business. We sell online only.
Product information and your order
Review the product description and selected options before placing an order. If a size label or product detail is unclear, contact support@frostybayz.com before purchasing. Please provide an accurate email address and delivery address so we can communicate about and deliver your order.
Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and include applicable U.S. sales tax. Payments are processed through Stripe; available methods appear at checkout. Shipping is $7.95 below $60 after discounts and free from $60 after discounts. See our Payment Information.
Delivery
Orders ship from China. Estimated processing and delivery takes 11–17 business days: 3–5 business days for processing and 8–12 business days in transit. Our cutoff is 6:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. Delivery areas, exclusions, and details are in our Shipping Policy.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 24 hours after placing your order by emailing us with your order number. The time you send your request determines whether it falls within the window. See our Order Cancellation Policy. This window does not limit your rights if we cannot ship within the stated processing time.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in their original packaging. We provide a free return label and charge no restocking fee. The original $7.95 shipping charge is not refunded for a change-of-mind return. Size and color exchanges are free, subject to availability.
For returned items, we issue refunds within 7 days after our returns facility receives the item. Your bank or card issuer may take another 3–10 business days to post the credit. See our Refund & Returns Policy for the process, including damaged or incorrect items.
