Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. Email support@frostybayz.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel.

How the 24-hour window works

The window runs from the time you place your order. Send your cancellation request within those 24 hours; you do not need to receive our reply before the window ends. We respond to emails within 24 hours.

After the cancellation window

The standard cancellation window ends 24 hours after your order is placed. If you no longer want an item after delivery, you can request a return under our Refund & Returns Policy.

If shipment is delayed

This standard cancellation window does not limit your rights if we cannot ship within the stated processing time. In that situation, we will contact you with the option to agree to a revised shipping date or cancel for a refund.
